Good questions

What Alderbid does today.

Have another one? We’re easy to reach.

Ask us directly
Who is Alderbid for?

Alderbid is for businesses that send bids or estimates and want a private place to enter and review outstanding estimates. The current workspace uses general estimate fields; trade-specific workflows are not part of the verified product.

How do I add estimates?

Enter each estimate manually with a customer name, amount, and optional notes. CSV imports are not available in the current product.

Does Alderbid contact customers for me?

Alderbid can send one scheduled email follow-up and match customer replies to that email thread. Replies are drafts for your review by default. You can opt into automatic sending for high-confidence basic quote answers; uncertain questions, objections, and booking requests wait for you. Alderbid does not send text messages or track booked jobs and recovered revenue.

What are approved reply facts?

They are business details and reply guidance you choose to save, such as your business name, services, service area, hours, and preferred language. Alderbid stores them in your private workspace. Suggested customer replies use only those approved facts and the matched estimate details; by default, you review and approve each draft before it is sent.
